Tucked to the hill just overlooking the water Villa Royce is perfect for watching the sunrise. The great room can be opened on all sides to let in delicious breezes and Caribbean sunshine, and the large private pool is ideal for taking a leisurely afternoon dip. With the charms of Cruz Bay and the pristine North Shore beaches just minutes away, Villa Royce has it all.

Best house on St. John

Beautiful, comfortable home in an excellent location. We have been traveling to St. John for over 40 years and have stayed in many houses at several locations. This is our favorite by far. We've stayed at Villa Royce before and will definitely return!

Our vacation at Villa Rioyce St. John US VI

The villa that we stayed at had absolutely gorgeous views from every room in the house it was very well appointed lovely pool and spa close proximity to the town of Cruz Bay where we enjoyed shopping and had many restaurants to choose from the best we liked was extra-virgin bistro and 1864 had a wonderful week with the family.

Great Villa!

We have rented many villas all over St John. This is our favorite! Great layout with big open kitchen, plenty of room for family by the pool and very comfortable family room to watch a movie! Each bedroom has a sun rise view with ensuite bathroom. Great location - 5 minute drive to town but so much privacy at villa. More than enough room for our group of 8 adults!
