Rates and Taxes
Rates are based on a seven night stay, and depend upon the number of guests and/or number of bedrooms used. Published rates are subject to change and do not include the prevailing 12.5% USVI Hotel Tax. The Virgin Islands hotel tax will be added at the time payment is made. Hotel Tax is subject to change at any time.
High Season: Jan 4, through April 12
Low Season: April 12 through December 18
Holiday Season: December 19 - January 4th
A 50% deposit, including tax, within 7- 9 days is required to secure your reservation. The balance, plus $50.00 damage insurance fee is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payment in the form of a check or money order made payable to the Villa owner provided to you with an e-mailed reservation- confirmation.
Payment Options and Balance Due
We accept personal checks, money orders, travelers checks and credit card checks and cash. Sorry, we don’t accept credit cards as a payment option for villa rentals. Credit cards are accepted for boat charters, rental vehicles, restaurants and other activities and services.)
All villas require payment of a non-refundable damage fee of $50.00 paid to Seaview Homes and is due at the time of final payment.

Each villa owner has their own policies with regard to children. Information regarding the age limit for children is listed on the individual villa pages.
No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you have to cancel for any reason, and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling fee. We highly recommend trip insurance.

Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended to prevent loss due to sickness, hurricane, airline failure, or unforeseen events which force you to change your plans. If you choose not to obtain trip cancellation insurance, please read our Cancellation Policy above.
