Southern Exposure is a newly renovated four bedroom, four bath spacious villa located in Fish Bay, on St. John's south shore, just a quick ten minute drive to Cruz Bay, where you'll find markets, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Away from the hustle and bustle of town, Southern Exposure offers guests the quiet and solace that brings people to St. John in the first place. The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs/downstairs layout, each level with its own spacious communal living area and large deck, is perfect for families with children, or separate groups of couples wishing some ‘private space’ from time to time. And of course, the raised deck pool, surrounded by beautiful native stone and coral walls and an array of colorful bougainvillea, alamanda, hibiscus and palm trees, will keep both adults and kids entertained for hours.

The expansive views and the colorful and traditional Caribbean design and decorating motif led one notable local to call Southern Exposure ‘one of the most charming Caribbean style homes I’ve seen on the island.’

The cabana bedroom is its own separate building, just steps from the main house, and it includes a tropical outdoor stone and coral shower, along with ample closet space and private bath. A second, beautifully appointed master bedroom is located inside the main house on the same level, and features a private bathroom and spacious tile shower.

The main living area downstairs serves as a multi-purpose entertainment room, opening out to its own private covered tile deck with lounges, table and chairs. It has a wet bar, small refrigerator and two futons (that can be used as beds in a pinch). For families, it’s an ideal ‘kids room’ complete with games, TV w/VCR, iPOD/Zune docking station w/speakers and CD player. Both downstairs bathrooms are directly accessible from the living area here. There is a laundry room in the lower level with brand new front-loading washer & dryer.
