vacation home surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Overlooking the
sparkling Caribbean waters of Chocolate Hole Bay, it is convenient to
shopping and restaurants in Cruz Bay, and to the fabled USVI National
Park beaches.
Sea View’s open floor plan is perfect for both couples
and family groups, with the inviting Great Room serving as the central
gathering place. The living room area is designed for comfort, and
offers some of the best views in the house! The fully equipped kitchen
has room for both cooks and assistants, and the counter-bar offers
convenient seating for spectators. The formal dining area seats eight at
the table, or guests can dine alfresco on the deck. Wireless/Wired high
speed Internet is available.
Gentle Caribbean breezes, combined with a wall of
screened sliding doors to the Pool Deck, delightfully blur the line
between indoor and outdoor living. You are only steps away from a
cooling dip in the 10 x 30 foot pool, or perhaps a comfy lounge chair to
work on tropical tans!
Sea View’s two
master suites, located at opposite ends of the main floor, provide for
maximum privacy. Decorated in bright West Indian colors, they both open
onto the Pool Deck and feature king beds, air conditioning, full
bathrooms, and wonderful views.
The
two lower-level bedrooms, decorated in the deep blues and aquamarines of
the Caribbean, share a full bath and shady private patio. They feature
king beds (each of which can also be made up as twins), and are fully
air-conditioned.
Sea View’s floor plan makes it an ideal house for
two couples or families with children. It's main-floor accessibility
also makes it an excellent choice for guests who prefer a home with no
stairs to negotiate.
