A luxury villa situated in the prestigious gated community of Upper Peter Bay, Rotunda provides breathtaking views of the sun rising over the British Virgin Islands and the sun setting from St. Thomas. palm trees and native stone walls which lead to the main entrance. |

This
is definitely one of the finest, most highly prized locations on St. John,
and in the entire Caribbean basin. It is a 5 minute drive to the National
Park beaches at Trunk or Cinnamon Bays, 10 minutes to four-star Caneel
Bay and another 5 or 10 minute drive to the excellent restaurants and
shops in Cruz Bay. |
| The
main house, which is an architectural showplace, has two levels. Upstairs
are two bedroom suites, each with a private terrace overlooking the Caribbean
Sea. Each bedroom suite has vaulted ceilings and is equipped with television,
telephone and air-conditioning. Also on the second floor is an upstairs lounge with comfortable seating for games or movies as well as a flat-screen TV, telephone and internet connection. In addition, the second floor offers an apartment which sleeps 4. There is a bedroom with a king Tommy Bahama bed, as well as a living room with a pullout bed, a kitchen and bathroom/shower. This apartment allows the visitor increased flexibility as it can be used as a fifth bedroom or a separate suite for visitors, nannies, in-laws or private chef. The apartment may be closed off from the main house and be independent with separate exterior access. |

The
main level contains a Great Room, gourmet kitchen, dining room, powder
room and laundry facilities. The Great Room is furnished with elegant,
but comfortable seating and includes an entertainment center with satellite
television and a stereo system. The living area opens to a spectacular
covered veranda which has an assortment of cushioned seating areas that
include a Lloyd Flanders sectional and a glider that will afford you hours
of relaxation and a view that will enchant you. |

| Whether it is with coffee in the morning or a luxurious dinner at night, the blue waters beyond provide an incredible backdrop.  |

kitchen opens to a covered outdoor dining area with a mosaic-tiled table
where you can enjoy the sweeping view of Trunk Bay and the ribbon of islets
and cays beyond. The gourmet kitchen is featured with Viking appliances and all of the modern conveniences for gourmet dining and food preparation. |

The formal dining room includes a mahogany table for 8 and provides the perfect setting for hours of festive conversation with family and friends.  |

sun deck and infinity edged pool are tucked between the main house and
the guest cottage. Set in a lush garden environment, this area includes
a covered outdoor wet bar with a flat screen TV and stools so you can
be poolside while watching your favorite sports team. The vanishing edge
of the pool provides such a stunning view of Trunk Bay that you will be
swept away for days of ultimate Caribbean relaxation.

impeccably furnished bedroom suite with queen beds and private covered outdoor
showers overlooking the north shore beaches of St. John and the lush landscape
of the National Park. |
